Meetings

The North Central/Northeast Texas Chapter of the SCBWI meets on the fourth Saturday of every month. We meet from 1-4 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Arlington. To get there, take Interstate 30 to the Cooper Street exit. Travel south on Cooper to Division Street (about 1.4 miles). Turn left. Pass Center Street (a southbound one-way street), and continue one block to Mesquite Street. Turn left. Go one block to North Street and park in the church’s north parking lot.

Critique Sessions*
Come join us for a critique session that will help both authors and illustrators of all experience levels and all genres to improve their work and receive constructive criticism from their fellow SCBWI members. Bring your work (and copies of it to share, if you'd like) and be prepared to read or show your work in a small-group setting. Or, you may simply join us and listen to see if critique sessions are something you'd be interested in participating in. Hope to see you there!
