Picnique

Please join us in May for our second annual pot-luck schmooze. We’re starting early to we can eat and chat, then breaking into critique sessions to share our work. So dig out your favorite recipe and polish up your manuscript. Touch up your best illustration and come on out!

 Marilyn states on her web page that her goal is “to help grownups and kids spend time together making things,” and then adds that it is her “wish to amuse and delight.”  So prepare to be amused and delighted in June when Marilyn will lead us in a full afternoon of  fun and delight. This is one you won’t want to miss! Fee: $15 members/$25 nonmembers.

January 26: Bruce Hale – “Funny Business: How to Write Humor.” Who could better kick off our year than the creator of Moki the Gecko picture books and the Chet Gecko Mystery series?  March 22:  Making the Most of Your Computer – Ever wonder why you can’t find a document you know you saved? Well, this month our own George Hellstern will help us get organized.
